Sector 'Z' Experiment (OOC)

7 Months Pirior to Mass Exposure


"It has to work this time damnit! I didn't spend four years and go through a divorce for this to not work."

An irritated voice echoed through the laboratory coming from a scruffy looking Male who had the look of
complete irritation and utter frustration. He sat back and looked up to his colleagues before letting out a frustrated sigh and abruptly standing up. He swiftly grabbed his coat and the small tube of liquid before taking off to the entrance to the room and through the door making his way down the halls.

"I want you to get me a specimen now! I think this
Is finally what we need to help surpass the strength
Of ANY human being in the war!"

His voice echoed through the halls, other following with just as much determination as he. Once they arrived in the room, they began to experimental process. Having a ex Marine stand and shake the mans hand caused the scientist to grin wildly.

"Pleasure to meet you, my name is Doctor Adam Blackwater, I am one of the many here who are working hard to make it easier to surpass things like exhaustion and hunger during the wars. You are helping for a good cause soldier!"

The males eyes practically glittered before the marine smiled and nodded explaining that he was more than happy to help work to make things easier for his brothers and sisters within the army in any branch. As they started underway, they gave small tube of liquid to the man having him drink it. And thus began the beginning of the Sector 'Z' Experiment.


Days before Mass Exposure


"Dr. Blackwater have you noticed anything strange about specimen 2063?"

A concerned face was all that the scientist could see when he finally lifted his head from his desk having had been in a short slumber. He groaned and lifted his head rubbing his eyes before looking back at her. The female was a pretty one, long smooth legs and a nice rump to go with it, but one thing he found of interest was her eyes. Her eyes had said it all for what she felt, thought, really anything. After a moment of staring, he finally realized she asked a question.

"Ah, what is wrong? Surely we aren't having any problems with the specimens now are we?"

His voice sounded bored, as if he didn't nor couldn't believe there was anything wrong with his experiments, he had been working for months with them and they all seemed to do just fine. However, the one that the woman was expressing her worries about was a delayed start, almost as if it where a dud though the doctor didn't want to give up on the man, the man he had met that day several months ago, the ex Marine. Standing up, he shifted and waved his hand in a circular motion.

"Well lets go check it out, I'm sure he is just experiencing the beginning stages just as his brothers and sisters have.."

He talked as if they where his children and that thought alone was enough to disgust the female. The laboratory in question was given to the doctor through the government held in Washington D.C for government purposes, after he had finally got his experiments under control and his little project was a success they had planned to kill him off and take over from there. As they head down the halls they stopped at the room assigned for Specimen 2063. The female seemed hesitant to open the door due to the signs she had been experiencing in his behavior not to long long prior to her notifying the doctor.

"hurry and open the door I don't have all day.."

She nodded a bit before opening the door. Walking in the doctor smiled to the man inside and pulled out his stethoscope and began to listen to the males breathing.

"how are you feeling today Joseph?"

He asked simply noticing a bit of irregular activity in his breathing though the male was completely silent. He stepped back to look into the males eyes a bit of concern rushing through his body as it was a sickly green color around white hues. He reached out to place a hand on his shoulder but the grip of his hand caused him to pause. He blinked and looked down at his wrist before he was shoved down and walked over. Panic began to rise in the room as the female had screamed having caught the creatures attention. Instantly she went to flee the room but half was out was tackled down and had her face bitten into.

The woman's wild screams brought alarm to the entire building though it was too late, the man was biting into every specimen that's door was left open and ever worker they could find. The succeeding experiments where turned into whatever Jospeh was causing a surge of violence and hunger to rise in their brains. In the heat of panic and terror the doctor had managed to escape that day with only the trace of his piss left on the floor from being scared.


The Day Of Mass Exposure

"Sir there have been no new announcements from the laboratory in area 180 for the past few days, what should be done about that?"

"Take a few with you and go check it out, who knows maybe they all died from a chemical explosion.."

However the man was horribly wrong, chaos had spread the ones who went to go check it out never returned and later on that day..it was all over the news. There was an outbreak of violent and dangerous undead spreading quickly through Washington D.C, and soon all over the states. These creatures are fast and strong, they are smart though they are blind relying on their hearing and smell though..they seem to be able to hunt prey as if a cat where doing so with a bird.

A year has passed since mass exposure, and some how you have managed to survive learning to kill and cope with what has been going on in the world. You have seen the news heard stories through other survivors of a man named Adam Blackwater, the one who created the Sector 'Z' Experiment, though he was no where to be found, he is the only one who could save the world from this plague with an antidote you will travel through the lands back to Washington in hopes to find him where it all began, along the way you meet others, travel together work to possibly save the world. But one question still remains...
