Masato was the only son of a certain tyrannical king of a certain small country. The king over-taxed, over enforced, and over worked his citizens, and as such a rebellion took place. Masato was only 13. He had no knowledge of whatwas happening when the bright yellow of a thousand torches shone outside his window one night. He had no knowledge of why the guards took his hand and rushed him underground to hide. And he definitely had no knowledge of why an angry group of people killed the guard, and shoved a bag over his head. And he went unconcious due to a blow to the head.
When he had awoken, Masato heard the ocean. They were by the cliffside, and the mob was cheerihg. He had the bag ovrler his head. Something was chained to his ankle...the thibg was pushed over the edge, and he went flying. Down down down down. Until the cold darkness engulded him.
He awoke once more. Finding himself in a warm bed, and near a roaring fire. Somebody was talking. But Masato couldn't hear over the rush of the waves. Were they by the sea? He looked up, and saw an old man, smiling. He had a long, fluffy beard and smiled "Hah! Ya woke.up?" The man was a hermit, who built guns. Years passed, Masato trained with the hermit and eventually the hermit died of age. Masato, now 18 years helped him to se parts, made a few guns, and set out with them. Powers and Abilities:
-Superpower Nullification. If within a radius of 3 Feet of him, All and Any Superpowers will be nullified. Be it Natural, Gifted, or Object based. In addition, any Power-based projectile will be neutered, and if it is a Power affected object, such as a Magic arrow, the Magic will dissipate, and leave only the arrow. Forcefields and any Power erected barrier will be disabled ONLY in the 3 foot radius. If an object manipulated by a Power enters the Radius, it will cease to be manipulated and will abide by the rules of reality. Conceptual attacks such as probability and Time or space are Avoided, and user will continue as normal. If within the 3 foot radius, one will too become under the effects of power nullification. However, they are also protected from all of the above. If faced with self-enhancement powers of any sort, once the Power-User has stepped foot inside the Radius, said Self-Enhancement will be nullified, and disabled for a short amount of time, due to physical limitations of the user having torecover from sudden power loss. If encountered with Healing factors, said factor will be disabled within the field. And if Power-user with healing factor is killed within field, the Factor shall not re-enable. User is not susceptible to Mind-control, illusions or any other power-affiliated status effects. This includes Buffs and positive status effects. If User Concentrates, they can cease nullification, or control it to only activate upon touch. Later training can allow user to create larger fields, or leave self-standing fields without the need for Users to be near.

Brief History:
Hayate was born in Japan, son of a drunk and a prostitute. He worked hard so as to not end up like the two role-models in his life. Barely spending time at home, an instead studying or practicing with the Track team. Having graduated Highschool with flying colors, Hayate applied to a government job. Turns out he was more then qualified, due to him joining S.H.E.I.L.D. Due to family complications, aka a leeching mother and father, who used th money Hayate sent for nothing more then Booze and Gambling, he cut them off. Hayate hasn't heard from the since. He was present at the Battle of New York with Loki and the Aliens and was in fact stationed at the Helicarrier. Hayate barely survived. When S.H.I.E.L.D. was compromised and corrupted, he had to go into hiding near California, working at a Gym. But when Hydra was temporarily fought off, he rejoined the reformed S.H.I.E.L.D, and Aided in the evacuation efforts against Ultron. He's only seen the Avengers a few times in Person, he's spoken with Captain America a bit around the base. But other then that he's just a grunt who trains, does recon and helps gather intel s well as provide support during battles.
Hayate always considered himself lucky, with all the powers and magic and shit flying around, little does he know that he has immunity to these powers. Perhaps one day he will become aware, and another day be able to Harness it.

Weapons:-Breech-Loaded Rifle: Used for sniping and ranged attacks. Usually strapped across his back. Reloads at back of barrel via hinged joint
-Breech-Loaded Dual Pistols: Used for Mid-ranged combat. Usually in leather holsters at his sides for ease of access. Reloads at back of barrel via hinged joint
-Bayonet Knife: Used for CQC, usually mounted on Rifle, has an unmounted version in a weapon holster just in case.
